On the road with photo enthusiasts - Colombia 2025

With this trip I’m entering uncharted waters. For the first time, I will be taking part in an organized photo trip. I know Riko Best from his YouTube videos. Based on the way he presents himself there, it should be a good fit. The trip to Colombia is the first long-distance trip he has offered. Handy that the TUI travel agency he always works with has an owner (Thomas) who knows the country very well and will act as the tour guide.

The trip was announced already last summer and filled up quickly. That's the norm for his workshops. There will be 10 of us plus Riko and Thomas. Most of them are in their 50s with a considerable spread upwards and downwards.

I don't know Colombia yet but former colleagues from South America have always raved about the country. The date fits and so I'm flying to Bogota.
