These are some leftovers from our trip to Venice to visit the Bienale 2019. I don't want to bore you with pictures of an event that has closed already, but these are pictures from places you still can visit (well at least as soon as the CoVid-19 crisis is over).

The Palazzo Grimani is one of the many beautiful palazzi in Venice. Today it's a museum and you have to pay an entrance fee to visit him, but at least you can. The exhibitions are changing over time, so you might be lucky or not, depending on your taste. But the real star is the building itself. Beautifully decorated and restored, but I think the pictures are self-explanatory.

The other pictures are showing the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Getting a clean shot during the daytime here is next to impossible. You have to wait until most of the day tourists have left. The light for the Bridge of Sighs shot might have been better at the blue hour, but that was the price I had to pay.
