Street art on Hong Kong Island

in Hong Kong - China

The first thing that comes to most people's minds when talking about Hong Kong Island is the peak, skyscrapers, and maybe the high-end shopping centers. But aside from that, Hong Kong Island hosts a huge variety of urban life. And like in many modern cities, street art plays an increasing role in that.

When you walk along streets like Hollywood Road you can find plenty of them, especially in the small alleys to the left and right.

If that is not enough you can find a whole street full of street art named ... Art Lane.

You can, for example, visit Tai Kwun and then walk along Hollywood Road to the west. In theory, you should be able to be there in 20 minutes, but expect to need a lot more if you're looking for street art on the way.

Art Lane is near the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, so you can also go there by MTR.
